Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 5–7 business days after purchase. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a UPS tracking number.

All artwork ships via UPS Standard Shipping. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

International Shipping

International shipping is available. Please note that additional shipping fees and longer delivery times may apply depending on the destination country. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

Insurance

All shipments are insured for the full value of the artwork.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once an order has been handed to UPS and a tracking number has been provided, UPS assumes responsibility for delivery. If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact UPS directly to file a claim. I’m happy to provide any necessary documentation to assist with the process.

Damaged Shipments

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at info@ariellebashaart.com. Include clear photos of the damage and the original packaging. Because each piece is one of a kind, replacements are not available. I will work with UPS to file an insurance claim and issue a refund or credit once the claim is resolved.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available in Midtown Atlanta, GA by appointment.
Return & Exchange Policy

All sales of original artwork are final. Each piece is one-of-a-kind, so returns or exchanges are not available.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before shipment or within 48 hours of purchase. After this window, orders are processed and shipped within 5–7 business days and cannot be canceled.

Damaged Artwork

Because each piece is original and handcrafted, it is important to carefully inspect your artwork upon arrival.

Shipping-related damage (e.g., dents, crinkles, or damage during transit): Please contact UPS directly to file a claim using your tracking number. I can provide documentation if needed.

Artist-related damage (e.g., stains or defects present before shipping): Please contact me at info@ariellebashaart.com within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. After review, a partial refund or store credit may be issued depending on the situation.

Exchanges

Exchanges are not available, as each artwork is unique.
