How do I place a custom order?
You can place an order by filling out the custom inquiry form linked here.
Please note that when filling out an inquiry form you are NOT placing your order! I must review all requests and create custom estimates before orders are accepted. Depending on the scope of work you request and my calendar I may not be in a position to accept your order.
Can you design my wedding invitations?
I do not offer invitation or suite designs. I would be happy to hand letter your envelopes or write your place cards, but I do not offer full suite packages.
I specialize in signage and menu design and spot calligraphy for brands and businesses. You deserve someone who will pour love and adoration into your designs, and unfortunately, those jobs aren't a good fit for me!
Do you provide International delivery?
Not at the moment.
What is your returns policy?
Due to the nature of my work I do not offer returns or exchanges.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a UPS or USPS tracking number when your products have shipped.
How do I return an item?
I do not offer returns or exchanges.

Once your products have shipped I am not responsible for the shipping and delivery of the product. You will receive a tracking number with your order and can keep tabs on it the second I send it out.
What are your delivery options?
I offer standard and priority shipping at this time.
Standard shipping will arrive in 3-5 business days and Priority shipping will arrive in 1-3 business days. Please note that your order is processed within 48 hours and shipped within 72 hours of confirmation.
